Delivery. All products/services were delivered electronically via online, email and/or hard drive USB specific in a timely manner as pre-discussed and confirmed when scheduling your appointment and booking your order. Turn - around time is generally 24-48 hours for most general session/shoots. Custom video/photo shoots completion depend on project details and delivery deadlines. 

Payment. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all custom and media projects. All payments must be made upon completion and order delivery. Orders processed online will be paid in full to hold/date time.

No later than a maximum of seven days after products and services were delivered re: the above commitment (Delivery Method) unless, previously authorized and/or agreed upon by Millenium Media. Failure to make a payment or arrange for an appropriate payment structure will result in an overdue account. Late payments (exceeding seven days after product delivery) or accounts overdue and left unresolved will endure a $85.00 CAD non-refundable late processing fee. At this time, Millenium Media will review the account and reserve the right to suspend the account until a payment has been received in full. Further action may be taken if failure to resolve without any contact or establishing an agreed payment arrangement. 

Travel & Accommodation Fees. If applicable, Travel Fees will be applied at $85.00/hr for areas outside of the local Nanaimo region. If required, Accommodation Fees will be discussed, and approved by both parties prior to your scheduled media session.

Image/Media Use. Millenium Media is the first owner of the copyright of the images and media produced. Created exclusively for the purchasing client only. In no way, can our licensed products ie. image or media be re sold, manipulated or duplicated by any individual or entity other than Millenium Media and is strictly prohibited without written permission directly from Laurie Smith @ Millenium Media.

Cancelling/Rescheduling your appointment. Failure to provide 24 hours' notice, via phone, email or text will result in a $85.00 CAD/hour cancellation/reschedule fee.
